† Following a FIFA decision reached in Rio de Janeiro on 29 September 2009, Brunei DPMM will no longer be permitted to play in the S-League.[3] They were unable to complete the League after FIFA denies FAS appeal for Brunei DPMM FC to finish the 2009 season.[4] Their records were being expunged according to the League rule.
